For Art Rental Clients

Art rental provides individuals and businesses an affordable and flexible way to enjoy a wide range of original 2-dimensional works including paintings, photography and mixed media works.

The Art Rental Programme represents approximately 100 artists. New art is juried into the collection every year to keep the collection fresh. The Art Rental Collection is available for viewing through the on-line gallery and in person during gallery hours. If you decide to purchase a piece of art, up to three months of rental fees will be deducted from the total price. Clients of the Art Rental Programme must be members of the North Vancouver Community Arts Council. Click here for information on how to become a member.

For Art Rental Artists

The Art Rental Programme generates revenue and valuable exposure for individual artists through renting works to our large and diverse clientele. Rental fees are based on the value of the artwork and royalties are paid to artists semi-annually (less a 30% administration fee).

Participation in the Art Rental Programme is by adjudication. This jury process takes place once a year in October. To participate in the Art Rental Programme artists must be members of the North Vancouver Community Arts Council. Click here to view our current Calls for Artists.
