The North Vancouver Community Arts Council is a grassroots, social-profit, charitable cultural organization dedicated to maximizing the intrinsic value of the arts in all media. Our mandate is to enable emerging and professional artists in all disciplines, bridge cultures and build strong communities through the arts.

Located at CityScape Community Art Space, we programme and manage an interactive art gallery, provide educational art opportunities, coordinate community cultural events, provide guidance and marketing opportunities for artists, advocate for arts and culture, empower youth to access creative opportunities and assist in developing cultural facilities, artists and the community.
